A special project with archaeologists to revive an ancient recipe with figs and herbs.

A truly unique project with archaeologists uncovered an ancient Bronze Age brewery near Paphos dating back to 1800 BC. In this historical treasure, beer was brewed with figs, utilizing wild yeast from the fruit's skin for fermentation.

Brewed in the modern Bavarian style, our beer opens with a delightful hint of banana nectar, followed by a lively burst of fresh citrus with the first sip. The aftertaste unfolds with a gentle warmth from cloves and a hint of cumin, offering an inviting experience.

A burst of indescribable aromas and flavors we call "Mediterranean tropical", where passion fruit, peach, medlar, and citrus create a symphony in every sip. The full-bodied richness concludes in a beautifully dry finish, rendering it a perfect aperitif making it perfect for aperitifs or pairing with bold-flavored dishes.

Born in collaboration with brewmaster Roman Cozak in the innovative Czech style, this beer is a true sensory delight. It evokes the aroma of freshly baked bread and mowed grass. With a delicate sweetness and a unique freshness, it can be easily consumed with just one sip.

A rich history of Dark Lager echoes brewing traditions dating back six centuries. The smoothness of our exceptional brew reveals subtle notes of coffee and caramel, accompanied by roasted malt and Czech hops. It pairs well with red meat, tangy cheese, nuts, and even chocolate cake, creating a delightful journey through time in every sip.

In collaboration with Tsiakkas winery we are going beyond the normal boundaries of the versatile indigenous variety of Cyprus, Xynisteri. A combination of the wild yeast from the variety with the brewers yeast create a unique grape ale. A full body grape ale with lingering aromas of citrus and white flowers and a lasting aftertaste.

Aged grape beer with a bright taste of grapes and a pronounced aftertaste. The beer is aged for a year and involves ageing up to ten years.
